What to Expect at Your First Visit
Before Your Visit
After scheduling, you'll receive paperwork to complete online. This helps us understand what's going on for you or your little one before you even walk through the door. Please complete it before your appointment.
Your Initial Visit
Your first visit covers everything in one hour: a real conversation about what's going on, nervous system scans, your results, and your first adjustment.
When you arrive, you'll get a quick office tour so you feel at home. Then you'll sit down with Dr. Jen to talk through your goals and history, no rushing through this part. From there, we run scans that show how your nervous system is functioning and handling stress.
Dr. Jen will go over your results with you right away and build a care plan around what you actually need. Before you leave, you or your child will get your first adjustment.
One visit. One hour. You'll leave with a plan and your first adjustment already done.
Follow Up Visits
After your first visit, regular adjustments take about 10 minutes. Quick, consistent, and easy to fit into your routine.
